Maydien & Radiohop - Basement Sessions
Maydien
Dutch singer Maydien combines hip hop, neo-soul and future beats into a fresh, new, hybrid sound. For his new album, Life is so balanced; even when we are not, he collaborates with artists such as Jarreau Vandal, Wantigga, DJ Waxfiend, and Lyma. The album was largely produced by Mitchell Yard. On the album, Maydien explores new territory: he shares insights and experiences that he has never spoken or sung about before.
Radiohop
Maydien plays live with Radiohop, the Amsterdam-based fusion/hip-hop group that explores the fusion between grooves and jazz.
They seek to discover and explore new sonic territories while cherishing tradition. They are inspired by artists as diverse as Herbie Hancock, Kaidi Tatham and Azymuth. In May 2024, Radiohop will release their debut album All We Do.
