Tucked away off one of the busiest streets in Amsterdam's Red Light District lies the hidden, private garden of Koestraat 15. This historic garden was once home to Sweelinck, one of the Netherlands' most important composers. And specially for this event, the residents open up this charming space!

Two Worlds, One Sound

Continuing that musical heritage, Khrystyna Kulchynska and Dafne Paris weave their cultural backgrounds – Khrystyna drawing on Eastern European and Ukrainian traditions, Dafne on Italian, Dutch, and Asian ones – into an ever-growing repertoire for cello and harp. Winners of the Keep an Eye Foundation's "Maker zoekt maker" prize, together they move easily between old and contemporary music.

Both musicians play instruments on generous loan from Het Muziekinstrumentenfonds, based in the heart of De Wallen, and have even lived here as our neighbours!

Tickets online/door! Kids under 12 get in free! After the concert, enjoy a drink in the garden together with the performers. The garden is fully wheelchair accessible
