De Gibraltar
The De Gibraltar Foundation runs an accessible neighbourhood home in the Bos en Lommer neighbourhood of Amsterdam. It is a place where many local residents feel welcome, so it can rightly be called a neighbour's home. The meeting centre is located in a wheelchair-friendly playground. Children, adults and the elderly can participate in a variety of activities, such as sports and games, creativity, cooking (healthy) and eating together. The heart of the building is the coffee salon overlooking the wheelchair-friendly and inclusive playground.
