This disclaimer applies to the use of the I amsterdam City Card application (hereinafter: the App). The App is the property of Stichting amsterdam&partners. By downloading and using the App, you agree with the contents and validity of this disclaimer. In the event of any discrepancies between this disclaimer and the terms and conditions applicable to websites or specific products and services offered on the App, the terms and conditions of such websites, products and services shall prevail.

Use of the App

The information on the App is exclusively intended as general information, and therefore no rights may be derived from such information. Although we do our utmost to ensure that the contents on the App is as up-to-date and complete as possible, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, validity, completeness or up-to-dateness of the information published on, or provided access to via, the App. Neither do we guarantee the faultless or uninterrupted functioning of the App. amsterdam&partners disclaims any liability for the correctness, completeness, up-to-dateness and undisturbed use of the App. Information regarding Third Parties, Products and Services amsterdam&partners accepts no liability or responsibility whatsoever for the contents, use or availability of information supplied by third parties or for websites referred to on the App.

Privacy

For the purposes of continually improving the App, we use Google Analytics in the App to collect data on how people use the App. The cookies collect information anonymously, such as the number of visitors to the App, the number of clicks, the time spent on the App, which websites are visited via the App, etc. As a user of the App, you can choose to share your location with Google Maps in order to be able to use the map function. We do not store your location details. When you specify your personal preferences on the App, Media Connect creates an anonymous profile. Your clicks and favourites will be stored in this profile too. When you decide to remove the App, the profile remains stored. However, this profile is not linked to you as a person or to your phone. If you decide to download the App again, a new anonymous profile will be created and you will need to specify your preferences again.

Intellectual Property Rights

All copyright and other rights to the contents of this App are reserved by amsterdam&partners. Copying of the contents of any part of the App is permitted only with the prior express written consent from amsterdam&partners.

Governing Law

The App and this disclaimer are subject to Dutch law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this disclaimer shall be brought exclusively before the competent court in Amsterdam.
