Beer yoga on a green roof

Start your Saturday with a beer. On the roof of the Hotel Casa Amsterdam, Hopp will introduce you to beer yoga, the latest phenomenon fresh out of Berlin. It involves relaxing yoga poses carried out while holding a bottle of beer in your hand and a heavenly view over the city. The 400m2 roof garden is filled with crates of edible crops used in the dishes on the hotel’s menu. The crops are grown sustainably by GrownDownTown in a nursery staffed by people recovering from addiction. From 15.00 - 20.00 you can enjoy a range of special beers and comfort foods. Besides: take part in exciting beer activities, give your beard a revamp or even get a real tattoo.

Kizomba dancing and eco food

Point your bike in the direction of Oosterpark for a dance workshop in Jungle Amsterdam, a cultural centre that offers work to Amsterdammers looking to get a foothold in the labour market.
