Discover diverse sounds
The combined saxophone orchestra offers a wealth of timbres. The music alternates between rhythmic and lyrical pieces. The program is deliberately varied and showcases diverse compositional styles. You will discover just how versatile a large saxophone ensemble can be.
Listen to well-known works
The concert includes Johann Sebastian Bach's Brandenburg Concerto No. 3 , arranged for saxophone orchestra. You will also hear Maurice Ravel's Le Tombeau de Couperin with refined melodies. These classical pieces receive a new interpretation by the saxophones.
