From suit to running shirt

The Zuidas Run is a unique event on the Amsterdam running calendar, because the largest group of participants works in the Zuidas. Most companies in this area are represented during the run. Employees normally form their own running teams to raise money for a good cause. But you don't have to work in the Zuidas to participate, everyone can participate in the 5 and 10 kilometers.

Gustav Mahlerplein is the central point for start, finish and award ceremonies. Adults must register in advance, children can register on the day itself.

Running with colleagues

The central concept is 'From Suit to Shirt'. Challenge your colleagues and prepare yourself with a running schedule that suits you perfectly. Before the start of the race on Friday around sunset, there is a possibility to participate in the 'Running Buffet' and you can visit warm-up sessions by motivational speakers on the Gustav Mahlerplein.

After the race there will be plenty of opportunity to network at the 'Cooling Downtown Afterparty'.
