On 14 and 15 May, Mama Makan hosts an exclusive Indonesian four‑hands dinner featuring a specially curated six‑course menu. Chef Agus Hermawan, Ambassador of Indonesian Cuisine in the Netherlands, collaborates with Mama Makan’s Executive Chef Sebastian Sabau to present a dining experience that combines traditional Indonesian flavours with modern culinary techniques.

Live music

The evening is complemented by a Djamu Djamu pop‑up bar and live music performed on a traditional Indonesian violin, offering guests an atmospheric introduction to Indonesia’s rich culinary and cultural heritage.
