In The Space between Us, Pascal Bier explores queer identity through a refined, emotionally sensitive visual language. Photographer and visual artist Pascal Bier works from a background in art direction and a life shaped by international travel. His work explores themes such as identity, intimacy, and human connection.

The exhibition is structured around four chapters: connection, tenderness, passion, and trust. Each chapter highlights a unique facet of human intimacy. The image series invites you to reflect on the power of emotional openness and vulnerability.

Softness as an option

A personal voice resonates through the work. Pascal Bier describes his own recognition as: 'I recognize myself in silence. In tenderness. In the courage needed to open up.' This focus on softness as a conscious choice forms the common thread throughout the entire exhibition.
