About De Hardheid

De Hardheid was born in the mid-'90s in Amsterdam-West, where a few high school friends decided to start a band. After experimenting with metal and hip-hop, the band eventually branched out into ska. Despite the fact that the band is no longer active – their website has disappeared, and they're down to a neglected Facebook page – fans still know where to find them. And so, blood is thicker than water. Even though the band members are getting on in years, on stage they briefly transform back into the young guns of yesteryear, with catchy songs and thought-provoking lyrics.
