What to expect

This workshop is an invitation to step beyond language and explore how we communicate through body, presence, and shared attention. You will engage in guided practices around body awareness, attention, and listening, while exploring non-verbal interaction in pairs and groups. Through movement, improvisation, and collective composition, a shared scene will emerge, with focus on process and experience rather than outcome.

For whom & approach

Open to performers, makers, and anyone curious about embodied expression. There is no “right” way to move - only a willingness to explore. The workshop is facilitated in a safe and supportive environment, encouraging experimentation, play, and sensitivity to yourself and others. Wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to work barefoot.
