The Qbic Hotel WTC Amsterdam is situated in the World Trade Center (WTC) in Amsterdam South, a meeting place for business travellers and tourists alike. The hotel has 82 rooms that are divided into three room types: no view, basic and large. All rooms are equipped with a Qbi: a smart, all-in-one unit that integrates a bed, bathroom and desk.
Rooms and facilities
Characteristic of Qbic Hotel WTC Amsterdam is the Qbi; a smart all-in-one unit in which bed, bathroom and desk are integrated. Once conceived as a solution for vacant office buildings. The 84 rooms have three different room types: No View, Basic, Basic Urban, Large and Family. Qbic Hotel WTC Amsterdam has a lobby with breakfast room and workplaces. All rooms are equipped with a safe, flat-screen TV and all-in-one Qbi with king-size bed and bathroom with walk-in shower.
Sustainable hotel
Sustainability was the starting point in the development of the hotel. To find a solution for the vacancy of office buildings, the idea for the Qbi was born: a unit in which everything you need for a hotel room is put together so that you can easily place it in a room. Since 2007, part of the World Trade Center (WTC) has been transformed into a design hotel by means of the Qbi.
Centrally situated
The hotel is located on the Zuidas in Amsterdam, the financial quarter and business area of Amsterdam, around the corner from Station Zuid, within walking distance of the RAI Congress Center. Amsterdam Schiphol is 6 minutes away by train, the center is 10 minutes away by metro.
