Veem House for Performance is a theatre and production house in a former warehouse in Amsterdam-West. It is a home for mime, dance and performance art. A place where artists are given the space to experiment, develop and present themselves. From innovative performances by emerging artists to discursive evenings, movement lessons and lively dinners: come and discover it at Veem House!

A meeting place for art, politics, ideas and people

Although Veem House is primarily a production house, the doors open to the public on average one week per month. In addition to showing performances, the theatre also organises Veem House Dinners, Open Studios, movement classes, book presentations and long-term group research (Long Now Lab).

Veem House works with artists who offer new perspectives on the status quo and creates programs that reflect on contemporary issues. A theater house where we collectively discuss, practice and chew on new ideas.
