Vereniging Museumhaven (Harbour Museum Society)
The Vereniging Museumhaven (Harbour Museum Society) is a sheltered port area in Amsterdam where 20 historical ships are docked. On the quays, old shipyard equipment is also on display. A complimentary brochure is available to accompany your walk down the quay.
Goals
The objectives of the museum are: To preserve and restore historical company vessels. Providing facilities for mooring, restoration and maintenance. Also presenting and informing the public about the construction and use of historic commercial vessels.
