Drift Museum
Drift Museum will open its doors in early 2025 in the monumental Van Gendt Hallen in Amsterdam. The museum shows works by Studio Drift: performative installations that make you look at the world around you differently. The interplay of the works of art with the industrial building promises to be breathtaking.
The work of Studio Drift (founded by artists Lonneke Gordijn and Ralph Nauta in 2007) focuses on the relationship between nature, people and technology. The Drift Museum is located in the Van Gendt Hallen for a reason: a vibrant place where innovation, heritage, art, entrepreneurship and sustainable ambitions come together. This national monument from the late nineteenth century escaped the demolition hammer and is currently being prepared for the future in a sustainable manner.
