How to visit Artis with your City CardYou can visit this venue without a reservation. However due to the current Covid-19 regulations your City Card and contact details need to be registrated at the main ticket counter. Please make sure your City Card is valid at the time of your visit.
Measures within ARTISFor everyone’s safety there a number of measures that have been taken within ARTIS. When visiting ARTIS there will be a separated entrance and exit. The narrow paths are turned into one-way paths. Furthermore, busy spots are indicated. ARTIS will also be cleaned more frequently and we have installed extra hand-washing stations in the zoo. To accommodate social distancing, we have moved the seats in outdoor seating areas and other areas within ARTIS further apart.
