Stays run from two months to a year. Prices start at €2,484 per month for a studio; there are no fees for tenants and no minimum term beyond two months. Apartments are in Centrum, De Pijp, Oud-West, Oud-Zuid, Westerpark and Nieuw-West, plus three in Rotterdam. Companies can book for staff and be invoiced directly while the employee holds the tenancy.
