Holland Festival - Gisèle Vienne - Extra Life
Extra Life is a visual performance with music by Caterina Barbieri, a special lighting design by Yves Godin, and a role for the famous actress Adèle Haenel. The performance shows how people experience trauma and recovery, both in their bodies and in their thoughts and imagination. In this work, director and choreographer Gisèle Vienne (born in 1976 in Charleville-Mézières) explores how people perceive and understand stories and feelings. She was already an 'associate artist' in 2021.
