Are you ready for real Italian food?
The concept was created by two friends, chef Matteo Sineri and Valerio d'Amore. Born in Sicily, Matteo has been a chef since he was seventeen and has worked in kitchens in Italy, England and Australia before coming to Amsterdam. His fellow Sicilian Valerio studied pharmacy and initially found his way to the Netherlands to obtain his doctorate. But after his studies he exchanged science for the hospitality industry.
