Geuzenveld Branch Amsterdam Public Library (OBA Geuzenveld)

Located near Lambertus Zijlplein square, the Geuzenveld branch of the Amsterdam Public Library is housed in the Pluspunt building together with the local Huis van de Wijk (community centre). The branch has an extensive collection with a special focus on crime and literary fiction. It offers a good collection of beginner books and a BoekStart (beginner reader's) corner for young readers.

The branch is equipped with an NL-plein (adult education point) that includes a workstation computer on which learners can practice basic reading, writing and maths skills. Dutch-help drop-in tutorials take place every Tuesday from 14:00 to 15:00. Other facilities include a comfortable coffee corner. In addition, the branch regularly hosts readings, exhibitions, workshops and other activities. For a complete event schedule, please visit www.oba.nl.
