Distillery Nieuwe Diep offers its visitors a glimpse into Amsterdam's distilling heritage. Founded in 1993, it continues the Dutch tradition of small-batch distilling. Its 19th-century pump house has been carefully restored with great attention to detail, maintaining the charm of its history while still being a fully functioning distillery.

Specializing in genever, the spirit that inspired gin, as well as an array of botanical liqueurs, Nieuwe Diep balances time-honoured techniques with a healthy dose of creative experimentation.
