The world is becoming increasingly digital. But not everyone can keep up. How do we ensure that Amsterdam is a city in 2050 where everyone can access digital resources and knowledge?

During this meeting, digitalization expert Alexander Smit will share his vision of digital inclusion. Using practical examples and trends, he will show how technology can contribute to a connected city. This will be followed by a panel discussion with experts from policy, education, and business. They will address the question: How do we build a digital city that works for all Amsterdammers? You, too, can ask questions and join the discussion.

Theses and presentations

After the conversation, you will work on statements in a small group. Together, you will come up with ideas and solutions for digital inequality. The afternoon will end with a short presentation of the action points that you have developed.

This meeting is primarily intended for people who deal with digital inclusion in their work.
