Restaurant Merkelbach serves breakfast, lunch and dinner in the former Coach house of Huize Frankendael. The kitchen philosophy links up with the stately, historic exterior. Authentic taste is therefore pivotal.
Green experience
The restaurant is both literally and figuratively close to nature. There is no other way to do that than in a country house on the edge of the ecological Park Frankendael. The map is French-Mediterranean oriented. The restaurant has a large terrace on the garden side, where the sun slowly sinks into a sea of greenery.
