Bursting with Mediterranean flavour

Chef patron Simo Bouabgha learned to cook at an early age from his grandmother Horra in the sunny south of Morocco where the food is purely natural. He refined his cooking skills in kitchens in Catalonia and Amsterdam. Mister de Wit Has Hunger (since 2015) is known for its delicate but distinctly Mediterranean dishes. Vegetables are just as important as fish and meat and the plates are prepared with patience and love and the tastiest herbs and spices. It's all about taste.
