Smart Floor

We all want to live independently for as long as possible. However, falls are common among the elderly. They are even the most significant cause of serious injury among the over-65s.

On the Smart Floor, which is full of sensors, you can have your risk of falling measured. You wear an ankle strap that makes contact with the floor. This way, your balance, walking rhythm, and condition are measured. After the test, you discuss with a supervisor what you can do to reduce your risk of falling.

VR Stress Jam

You can also participate in the VR Stressjam. With VR glasses on, you step into an exciting virtual world full of challenges: walk over a narrow bridge, climb over rocks or jump over lava. The goal? Learn how to keep your stress under control.

Both experiences are educational and fun and give insight into how to stay fit, safe, and confident as you age.
