An urban agriculture project and a unique restaurant

'Poffing' (a cooking process wherein the products are cooked in their own skin at a high temperature without adding water or oil) is central to Restaurant Pof, a spot for coffee, lunch, drinks and dinner at Noord Oogst. The menu is mostly vegetarian, but there are also vegan and non-industrial meat dishes on the menu.
