NoordOogst + Pof

NoordOogst is a community project for agriculture, catering, and sustainable business, as well as a nature playground in nature. Local residents, volunteers and people with a labour market disadvantage come in and work on the cultivation of the vegetable gardens. Anyone is welcome to come and watch, participate or follow one of NoordOogst's workshops.
An urban agriculture project and a unique restaurant
'Poffing' (a cooking process wherein the products are cooked in their own skin at a high temperature without adding water or oil) is central to Restaurant Pof, a spot for coffee, lunch, drinks and dinner at Noord Oogst. The menu is mostly vegetarian, but there are also vegan and non-industrial meat dishes on the menu.
