This sizeable coffee specialist, new to the Bilderdijkstraat in Amsterdam West, is run by enthusiastic owner Patrick Abbott (aka monk).

Inspired by his Melbourne coffee experiences, Abbott has plans for great coffee, great vibes and great food. It’s early days though: the kitchen and roaster are yet to be installed. With tasteful industrial décor, and a friendly welcome, it’s well worth an early visit before word gets out.
