IN Amsterdam is closed on the following public holidays:
ACCESS helpdesk provides information about different topics, including housing, healthcare, schooling and finding employment. You can check their walk-in hours or book a free appointment online or at our office. Alternatively, you can reach out to them via email at helpdesk.amsterdam@access-nl.org.
To pick up your extended residence card at IN Amsterdam, you need to make an appointment by phone at 020-2547999. Appointments can be made only after you receive a confirmation letter from IND that your card is ready for pick-up.
IN Amsterdam is situated within Tower Two of the WTC Amsterdam complex. Enter via Zuidplein (if exiting the Amsterdam Zuid train/metro station, Tower Two is on the left side of the square). The entrance is on the ground floor. View a map of the WTC Amsterdam towers.

Car
