ACCESS is a non-profit organisation committed to supporting the international expatriate community in the Netherlands.
Advice and support for expats of all stripes
ACCESS’ international team of experienced volunteers can provide practical information, advice, support and services to assist with all aspects of moving to or living in the Netherlands, whether you are a well-travelled expat or a first-timer on an international assignment. Their English-speaking services include a multilingual helpline, courses, a counselling referral service and a range of publications assisting expats in the Netherlands.
ACCESS offers a walk-in helpdesk service for internationals at the Word Trade Centre at Strawinskylaan 1767/ Tower Two, first floor, Amsterdam. As of 1 September 2025, the schedule is as follows:
ACCESS available in person:
- Monday through Thursday from 09:30 to 12:30 and 13:00 to 16:00
- Friday from 09:30 to 12:30
ACCESS available online:
- Friday from 13:00 to 16:00
