Amsterdam Mamas is a not-for-profit foundation that provides information and support for international parents in Amsterdam and the surrounding regions.

Inclusive, international and supportive

With the motto of ‘even in the city, it takes a village’, Amsterdam Mamas strives for an inclusive, non-judgmental and supportive environment, hosting a highly active website and Facebook forum, organising events and meet-ups, sending out weekly newsletters and providing plenty of information about family-friendly businesses and goings-on. The community is very international, with members coming from more than 30 different nationalities.
