Team Lead, Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Impact Ecosystems
Egon leverages his broad experience across government and civil society to direct projects that create social impact. He co-created Amsterdam Impact and continuously seeks better ways to connect, build solutions, and spark fresh ideas within the ecosystem.
Igneta Skliaustyte
Policy Advisor for Innovation & Impact Ecosystems
Igneta supports the growth of startups and scale-ups by focusing on talent, capital, and internationalization. She collaborates with local and global players across the innovation ecosystem on initiatives that strengthen both innovation and societal impact.
Outside of work, Igneta tries to explore a new country every year and likes to keep her ‘fitness age’ younger than she actually is.
Joël Dori
Policy Advisor for Innovative Ecosystems & Startup Liaison
As a Policy Advisor and Startup Liaison, Joël promotes innovative entrepreneurship in the city. Working closely with partners, he identifies key challenges and develops targeted support measures to address them. By doing so, he contributes to economic development and social impact that benefits all Amsterdammers.
Alexandra Belicova
Policy Advisor for Innovation & Impact Ecosystems
Alexandra is the eyes and ears of Amsterdam’s startup ecosystem. From events and missions to programmes and opportunities, she knows what’s coming up, what’s worth knowing about, and what you simply shouldn’t miss. With a strong network across the ecosystem, she can help you navigate Amsterdam’s rich and diverse innovation landscape and connect with the right people to uncover growth and partnership opportunities.
When she’s not working, you’ll find her enjoying a fun game of volleyball, an invigorating Ashtanga practice, or a good ol’ sunny terrace with one of Amsterdam’s finest beers.
Aminata Faye
Junior Project Officer, Innovation & Impact Ecosystems
Aminata supports the Impact and Innovation Ecosystems team by providing logistical and strategic support on various projects, focusing on event organization, community building, and stakeholder engagement.
Outside of work, Aminata is an avid photographer with a growing collection of cameras.
