Many jobs are changing because of AI, and it is easier to navigate that with a plan. This session helps you look at your own role: which tasks AI can support, which skills will matter more, and how to use AI to learn the ones you are missing. You update how you present yourself, and you leave with a personal plan of three workflows, three skills to build and one concrete next step.
Who it is for: women in administration, customer service, communication, finance, HR, operations and other roles who can see their work changing.
Bring your laptop, your current CV and LinkedIn profile, a list of what a typical week actually involves, and a rough idea of where you would like to be in a year.
Thursday 19 November, 15:00 to 17:00, Keizersgracht 316, Amsterdam. Free, registration through the event page.
Part of Prosus x Equals AI Nights, a series of practical sessions for women who want to shape how AI changes their work rather than wait to see what happens. Research from the International Labour Organization shows women’s jobs are more exposed to AI than men’s. Each session focuses on one field, and everyone leaves with a workflow they can use the next working day.
