People go into care and social work to help others, not to fill in forms. This session is about using AI to lighten the admin, from notes and summaries to planning and finding information, so there is more of the week left for the people you support. We also talk openly about protecting sensitive information and where AI should not be used at all. You leave with one safe workflow, tested on example material rather than real cases.
