IN Amsterdam survey on internationals in Healthcare & Welfare

Right now, the demand for personnel in healthcare & welfare is greater than the availability of talent. This is a challenge, but it also opens up new opportunities. Are you considering a career change? Whether you have a background in these sectors or not, we’d like to hear from internationals like you.

IN Amsterdam helps internationals to navigate the labour market in the Netherlands. We support access to possibilities for accompanying partners of international employees and other internationals in the Amsterdam Area to find their way in those sectors where demand for talent is high.

Take our survey to help us determine how we take this project further by for example improving access for internationals to sectoral orientation programmes, and raising the awareness of employers of the labour potential of local international talent (often with training and experience in these sectors in country of origin).

The survey takes about 15 minutes to complete, and your responses will be confidential (open answers will be anonymous). Questions relate to your education level, work experience and skills, career ambition and level of Dutch.

At the end of the surveys, you can let us know if you’d like to stay updated on future developments, events and career opportunities.
