Pathe Tuschinski Theater
Pathé Tuschinski Arthouse, one of the world's most beautiful cinemas, has been restored in its original state, and is decorated entirely in Art Deco style.
The theatre is located in the heart of Amsterdam between 'de Munt' and the Rembrandtsquare. The theatre has always fulfilled the function of a première theatre because its atmosphere is ideally suited to such festivities.
Television programmes and photograph sessions are also being shot at Tuschinski.
The Tuschinski staff is more than capable of making such major events happen. So it comes as no surprise that the it is used increasingly often for events, congresses, etc. other than film screenings. These days, it is the venue for many conferences, party's, fashion shows and concerts.
Pathé is the largest cinema chain in the Netherlands. We want to contribute to a better environment around us and minimize any negative impact our business operations may have on it. We focus on the most important sustainable issues for Pathé: environment, energy and waste. By working together with our partners and suppliers, we will be able to make even more positive steps in the coming years.
Deposit: Pathé has set up voluntary collection points for deposit bottles and aims to collect the deposit bottles in the best possible way so that this waste stream can be optimally recycled. The money thus collected will be donated in full to one of three social partners.
Solar panel campaign: Together with our visitors, we celebrated Earth Day with a solar panel campaign, through which we eventually installed over 1,600 solar panels. A quarter of Pathé's cinemas now have solar panels on their roofs
