SUSTAINABILITY

Felix Meritis is part of Amerpodia. At Amerpodia, sustainability is high on the agenda.

Our the kitchen works with local, organic and seasonal products as much is possible. Preferably vegetarian. And from the idea of encouraging conscious consumption as much as possible. We especially choose sustainable alternatives and suppliers who, like us, are involved with our planet. All year round.

Recycling programs ensure responsible disposal of materials such as paper, plastic and glass, minimizing waste.

Felix Meritis has been completely renovated and made more sustainable. The historical building is completely gas-free and electrically powered, we use a heat pump and all lighting has been replaced with LED lighting. In both the large halls and the public areas.

ACCESIBILLITY

At Felix Meritis we strive to make the venue and programs accessible to everyone as much as possible. Despite the monumental status of the building and presence of several floors and stairs.

We can place a ramp at our main entrance if needed and 8 split-level floors are - in addition to the central stairwell - also accessible by elevator.

The building is equipped with a disabled toilet and all rooms can be accessed through wide entry doors without thresholds.
