Opera Gala 2024
Puccini
Internationally renowned soloists, together with choir and orchestra, provide an unparalleled musical spectacle. The Opera Gala is a concert full of heart and passion in which more than 140 musicians participate. Puccini's operas are notable for their emotional and dramatically charged music. All melodies display an orchestral grandeur that conveys the intense emotions and conflicts of the characters. The well-known arias from the opera Tosca are a highlight. For example, the arias 'Vissi d'arte' and 'E lucevan le stelle' provide unforgettable moments. And there is even more that makes the Opera Gala worth it. Think of dazzling overtures and the moving intermezzo from the opera Cavalleria Rusticana by Mascagni, followed by the grandiose and well-known Easter choir 'Regina Coeli' from the same opera. The Opera Gala is a celebration of recognition for every music lover!
