Our House takes you on a futuristic and innovative journey through the origins and transformation of electronic dance music, the music genre of a rebellious 'underground' community that evolved into a global cultural phenomenon.

Explore and learn about the roots of dance music and its entire journey through the eyes of its creators: the DJ producers, the promoters, the creatives and the photographers. Narrated by renowned DJ producers Kevin Saunderson, Carl Cox, Armin van Buuren, Diplo and Charlotte de Witte.

Explore and play on the biggest sequencer in the world, The RedBull Giant Sequencer, and see what production skills you can discover in yourself. The highlight, The Culture Ride, is a final salute to a culture that changed everything. From the most fundamental clubs and festivals to the most influential tracks and remixes.

Important visitor information

PLEASE NOTE: Our House is an immersive museum and contains laser shows, loud music, swear words and flashy video images. As much as we would like everyone to enjoy the experience, it is not suitable for young children (0-9) and people with epilepsy. We recommend that pregnant women stand in the back of the room during the shows due to the noise level. The museum is not wheelchair accessible, unfortunately. You can book your ticket here.
