You will find the Frans Hals Museum at two historic locations in the old city center of Haarlem. The 17th-century old men's house with attractive museum rooms, intimate regent's rooms, an 18th-century doll's house and a beautiful courtyard is located on the Groot Heiligland. Here you will see other old, modern and contemporary art in addition to the famous paintings by Frans Hals. Imagine yourself going back in time to the place where Frans Hals himself must have walked.

On the Grote Markt, in the 17th-century Vleeshal, the Frans Hals Museum regularly organizes exhibitions of modern and contemporary art. Both locations are about a 7-minute walk from each other and you can visit them with the same entrance ticket.

Location HAL is largely accessible by wheelchair, only the 3rd floor is not. Location HAL is unfortunately not accessible for mobility scooters.
