You will find eatery Bloem in a beautiful spot near Artis Zoo. The former warehouse has a modern interior with designer lamps and 1970s chairs. You eat vegan Mediterranean dishes here, but it only becomes really special when it is terrace weather. The terrace is in a beautiful spot on the water with a view of the drawbridge. And Bloem has sun until sunset!
Welcome to Bloem
Everything that comes from Bloems' kitchen is made entirely by the kitchen brigade. That is why they know exactly which ingredients are in each dish. Everything at Bloem is vegan, both in the kitchen and at the bar. Guests who avoid dairy or other animal products can therefore eat safely here.
The kitchen is also 100% gluten-free. No wheat or other gluten-containing grains or flours are used in the kitchen. And all products with a risk of cross-contamination are certified gluten-free. The kitchen is also 100% oat free. Bloem is a member of the Dutch Celiac Association and the stock, card and orders are strictly controlled by them.
At the moment only cashew nuts and pistachios are used in the dishes, the kitchen is completely peanut free.
