Buiksloterkerk

Built in 1609, the charming Buiksloterkerk (church) lies nestled between picturesque houses on the Buiksloterdijk. Inside the church you’ll find a lovely pulpit from 1650 and a double keyboard organ from 1858. Concerts, theatre performances and other cultural activities are regularly organized here.

Cultural and Social

Thanks to the efforts of the Buiksloterkerk Foundation, the Buiksloterkerk was completely restored to its former glory in 1995. Since then, the church has been an atmospheric meeting place and stage for culture in Amsterdam North.
