Industrial, rough and casual: Pllek is the ideal venue for a wide range of events. Located on the historic NDSM wharf on the banks of the river IJ, it offers spectacular views of the Amsterdam skyline. Next to our restaurant is a space available for rent. Like the restaurant, this space is made from shipping containers and has interiors made from recycled materials, ensuring a solid and vibrant atmosphere. The bedroom opens onto a private terrace and beach, where guests can soak up Pllek's unique atmosphere until late at night. Escape from the daily routine and experience a sense of freedom. Pllek is aptly described as "an island in the middle of the city". Renting a space in Pllek also means supporting our mission: contribute to a better world. We aim to become more and more sustainable. As a result, our entire restaurant chain has minimal "food trace" and our menu consists of at least 75% vegetarian dishes, including 25% vegan dishes. We work closely with suppliers who share this vision and source as locally as possible. As Amsterdam's largest green restaurant, we've proven that sustainability and quality can coexist without compromising on taste!
