Just like the former bathhouses, the theater serves as a meeting place for local residents, creatives and other people with a story.

Under the direction of artistic director Michael Manicardi, the Badhuistheater offers a stage for theater groups, bands, discussion evenings and is also used as a party location. The programming of the Badhuistheater focuses on so-called community art and international productions.
Oosterpark
It is located next to the green Oosterpark and is a versatile community theater that has everything to offer. The theater has been delivering high-quality regional and (inter) national theater productions for 35 years and is also a very suitable place for other (private) purposes.
