Mokum Kraakt

Artistic cracking actions

Mokum Kraakt is an Amsterdam collective of activists and artists that combines squatting actions with artistic projects. In addition to squatting several buildings in recent years, they have organized art exhibitions, made a documentary, published a book and founded a publishing house.

During this lecture they will talk about how radical politics and art relate to each other, and about their practices of reclaiming space. This includes the screening of the documentary Hotel Mokum. Afterwards there will be a Q&A.
