Masterclass theatre Peter Sellars

American director Peter Sellars, internationally known for his groundbreaking interpretations of classics and modern opera, brought Saariaho's musico-dramatic works to life on stage. He directed the oratorio La Passion de Simone (premiered in Vienna, 2006), the operas L'Amour de loin (premiered in Salzburg, 2000) and Only the Sound Remains (premiered at DNO in Amsterdam, 2016).
