Feijoada showcases Brazil's rich cultural mosaic. Traditionally, it is a black bean stew with pork and beef, symbolizing the fusion of indigenous, African and Portuguese influences. In this workshop, we'll put a new plant-based spin on feijoada and honour its cultural significance while embracing a future of conscious eating. It is our way of sharing our beloved national dish in the spirit of communal dining.

A decolonial approach to dining
