That Hole

A normal woman cycles on a normal day over a normal dike. Until she comes across a huge hole. A hole that she, inexplicably, feels compelled to approach. A second woman follows, but feels nothing for that same hole and then does everything she can to get the first woman out of there.

Emptying our minds seems to require an ever greater act. How radical can that act be? What if 'nothingness' has taken shape and is suddenly standing before you? What if you can touch 'nothing', feel 'nothing'? What do you do then?
