Like Bambie's theatrical performances, Moebius' work is the reflection of an inner world. In his futuristic tales, man is a space traveler, on an unclear mission in an endless universe, but Moebius actually explored space in his own head. And amusingly, his human planet hoppers and the oddball aliens they meet wrestle with cheesy, earthly issues like a blocked pass or arguing with a loved one over household chores.

BAMBIE 2197 – around planet Moebius is a visual and musical performance. For the first time, Bambie is collaborating with theater maker and actor Servaes Nelissen, a master in creating and bringing puppets and objects to life. Live music comes from cellist, composer and theater maker Amber Docters van Leeuwen, who also plays. She was previously on stage with Bambie in the performance Frou Frou.
