Afrovibes: Sisti Richard Mushi - Rise and Fall
The Tanzanian choreographer Sisti Mushi shows with the duet 'Rise and Fall' that every life path has sacrifices in order to realize dreams. He shows people's ability to dream and to follow these dreams. On display during the Afrovibes festival at Frascati.

Rise and Fall
During the performance, two dancers take us on a journey, and we follow their struggle to follow their dreams. They explore how they can find support and care for their dream pursuit from the people around them. With humour, they show the meaning of support, the importance of supporting each other and literally 'lifting' each other up in the darkest moments. As a Tanzanian proverb goes, 'alone you cannot win, together we can'.
Rise and Fall reminds us that we can turn almost any problematic situation into magic together!
