Since reinventing himself as a live performer with modular synthesizers and electronic instruments, Utrechter Colin Benders' musical universe has grown exponentially. After the ambitious and successful Etmaal weekender in TivoliVredenburg last February, Benders will curate a brand new club night in the Rabozaal of Melkweg on the Thursday of Amsterdam Dance Event. The same hall where he played with the Metropole Orchestra during the impressive opening concert of ADE 2018, and the same hall as the audiovisual show with Boris Acket during ADE 2019. Colin Benders Invites builds on this with its own and diverse techno sound - from feather-light pads to booming kicks, experimental polyrhythms and new sensory-stimulating visuals by Boris Acket.
